About Us
Lucid Dreams Foundation, a private family managed, not-for-profit philanthropic organization, was established in 2021 with a gift from the estate of Walter and Ruby Edwards. The mission of the Foundation is to help individuals and families live a better life which is achieved by a clear vision of dreams and goals.
The Foundation offers practical and caring solutions to real-world problems by supporting both preventative and direct service efforts. In partnership with trusted 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, we invest in proven approaches. Alongside these grants, we also design and lead our own mission-driven initiatives, such as DreamKicks. Through direct program and mission related investments, we strive to have the greatest possible impact with our assets.

We are a multi-generational family foundation. The Mission Statement is the heart and soul of Lucid Dreams because it captures the family’s passion for the betterment of ourselves and others. Our family members come together for the purpose of honoring our family and legacy, thereby bringing deep meaning to the life of our foundation.
